Members entering the AMP site will be asked to choose a username, password, and password hint answer.

AMP It Up for Life DOES…collects additional personal information when you register for use of our licensed Food and Fitness Tools, software that was developed according to HIPAA standards. This information is ONLY utilized to create your personal lifestyle guide, which is exclusively accessed by you, and you alone. We will collect your birthdate, sex, age, height, weight, racial affiliation, address, occupation, industry, personal interests, and financial information upon registration. We use this information to create your personal lifestyle guide. We will ONLY use your information to customize your experience with AMP and maintain your lifestyle guide. At any time, you may edit your profile or delete it entirely, removing all your personal information.

AMP It Up for Life DOES NOT…ever sell, rent, release or trade personally identifiable information about our Employer or Employee Members without prior consent or a court order. No personally identifiable information - including e-mail address - can be released for any reason unless you give permission first.

AMP It Up for Life DOES…maintain lists of Employer and Employee Members and of those who register for special promotions conducted by AMP It Up for Life.

AMP It Up for Life DOES NOT…sell these lists or make them available.

AMP It Up for Life DOES…generate internal aggregate reports of web site visitors.

AMP It Up for Life DOES…archive log files to create aggregate statistical reports, detect web site errors, and for security reasons. The log files are eventually deleted.
